Meta Cluster CCI is a voluntary, open, inclusive, and agile alliance of European regional and national clusters and business support organizations that believe in and develop inter-cluster, cross-border, and cross-sectoral collaboration to support the development, economic, cultural and social growth, internationalization and global competitiveness of the European ecosystem of CCI supply chains.
The VISION of the meta-cluster is to create an ecosystem conducive to business-driven organizations, supporting a strong and innovative industry and public-private partnership for a cultural and creative EU.
The MISSION of the meta-cluster is to support the innovation journey of the cluster members by facilitating cross-border industry and public-private research and development partnerships to increase the competitiveness of the EU’s cultural and creative ecosystem in Europe and globally.

Venetian Cluster for its activities related to participation and management of projects funded by the European Union and other international, national and regional public bodies, needs the support of specific expertise. With this call for expressions of interest Venetian Cluster s.r.l. intends to create, pursuant to art. 36 paragraph 2 letter b of Legislative Decree 50/2016, a list of experts and potential contractors who will be called upon to provide professional services, equipment and works in various fields, with particular reference to those mentioned in point 3.
Whenever Venetian Cluster s.r.l. intends to conclude a contract with the experts/contractors included in the above list, within a specific sector, it will invite all the experts/contractors who meet the requirements to submit a bid or may invite only some of them after pre-selection.
The list of experts created as a result of the publication of this call will be used only for contracts whose value is below the limits established by European, national and regional regulations. Venetian Cluster s.r.l. may always decide not to use the list and proceed with the other procedures provided by the applicable laws, especially in the absence of experts with sufficient experience.
The following are the areas, for which it may invite candidates on the list to submit bids, with the aim of concluding contracts for services, supplies and works with them.
Lot A – European design;
Lot B – conservation and protection of cultural heritage;
Lot C – “Green Deal” implementation;
Lot D – PNRR implementation support.
The selection of candidates to be included in the list will be made on the basis of the candidate’s technical capabilities in relation to the field of interest, as proof of which specific information should be included as per the following outline:
- Natural persons, individual consultants:
Presentation of the expert in a curriculum vitae, specifying:
– Educational and professional qualifications and work experience;
– Specific knowledge including a list of publications and/or major contracts concluded with other clients and work performed. - Company:
• Description of organizational structure, and resumes of experts specifying Educational and professional qualifications and work experience
• List of major and most significant contracts concluded with other clients in the field(s) in which the company is applying and work performed;
• Description of the quality system or measures applied to the provision of expert expertise.

This appeal will remain valid for 3 years from the date of publication.

- the candidate will be informed about the receipt of the form and their possible inclusion or not in the list of candidates
- the candidate included in the list must inform Venetian Cluster s.r.l. of any changes in the personal data entered in the form.
Pursuant to Legislative Decree No. 196/2003 (Personal Data Protection Code), the processing of personal data entered in the formats will be based on the principles of correctness, lawfulness and transparency and protection of confidentiality. Such data will be processed exclusively for the purpose of concluding contracts for the supply of services, equipment and works with the candidates and fulfilling legal, contractual, or regulatory requirements, in particular: for the purpose of entering personal data in the company’s master databases and for fulfilling the obligations provided for by civil and tax laws, regulations, and EU legislation. The data collected will be processed with and without the aid of electronic means and will be kept for no more than 5 years from the date of expiration of this appeal or the date of signing the last contract with the expert. The provision of the personal data requested in the format is mandatory for the proper conduct of the selection procedures. Failure to provide them will result in the impossibility of carrying out the aforementioned selection procedures. The data provided may be known, for the sole purposes described above, by employees and collaborators of Longarone Fiere in charge of processing. Except for any legal obligations, the data will never be disseminated. The rights set forth in Article 7 of Legislative Decree 196/2003 may be exercised at any time by contacting amministrazione@venetiancluster.it.
