Call for Expressions of Interest 01/2026 – 4PethaBeco | Platform Development and Event Organisation

It is hereby announced that, following the selection procedure outlined in this Call for Expressions of Interest “No. 01/2026 – Selection for an external collaboration assignment for the 4PETHABECO Project – Interreg IPA-ADRION”, the contract has been awarded to Elan42 (E42 Srl).

The assignment will be carried out until 27/02/2027, in accordance with the operational modalities and financial terms already defined in the call, without any changes.

Call for Expressions of Interest No. 01/2026 – Selection for an External Collaboration Assignment for the 4PETHABECO Project – Interreg IPA-ADRION

 

Venetian Cluster Srl launches a comparative selection procedure based on qualifications and, if applicable, an interview aimed at awarding one (1) external collaboration assignment within the framework of the 4PETHABECO project – “Strengthening cooperation to address socio-environmental challenges of EUSAIR flagship PET HAB ECO”, funded by the Interreg VI-B IPA Adriatic Ionian Programme 2021–2027 (IPA-ADRION00367 – CUP E77F24000060007).

Scope of the assignment

The selected contractor shall ensure, also through collaboration with third parties (e.g. a company and a professional; collaboration between two companies), the implementation of the following two main outputs:
Output 1.2 – 4PETHABECO Digital Platform: design and development of the online platform (domain, connection to the project website, CMS with roles/permissions, multilingual interface, integrations with external systems and connection to the Geo Portal), hosting and security with servers located in Europe, maintenance and support for the entire duration of the project and for the following 5 years (until 31/08/2032).
Operational platform delivery: 31/08/2026, including a 1-month internal testing phase (June 2026).
Output 3.2 – Living Lab (Policy) on Large Carnivores: launch and management of a Living Lab dedicated to local policies on large carnivores, involving public and private stakeholders, schools and universities; analysis of laws and policies in the Veneto region and in the territories of the consortium partners; collection of good practices; organisation of at least 10 events/workshops, of which at least 3 in-person events by 28/02/2027, accompanied by appropriate communication activities. All contents must also be uploaded and integrated into the digital platform (Output 1.2).

Participation requirements

Applications are open to capital companies (including consortia/cooperatives) based in Italy or the EU. Collaboration between companies and with professionals is permitted; however, the contract will be signed with a single legal entity, namely one company.

Evaluation criteria:

– experience in complex digital platforms;
– full-stack web development and UX/UI skills;
– accessibility and IT security;
– integrations and advanced CMS;
– ongoing maintenance capability;
– ability to manage working groups;
– event organisation and document production in the field of policy/large carnivores;
– capacity to engage stakeholders (Veneto region and beyond);
– collaboration with innovation and research networks/bodies (e.g. RIR or equivalent).
 

Application procedure

Applications must be submitted exclusively via certified email (PEC) by 6:00 p.m. on 23/02/2026 to the following address: venetianhc@legalmail.it, clearly indicating the reference to this selection in the subject line.
The application must include the required documentation in PDF format:
– financial offer signed, including project references and description of any collaborations;
– updated CV (company/professional);
– identity document of the signatory; Chamber of Commerce registration certificate (company) and/or VAT registration documentation (professional).
 

Communications and outcome

Any interviews will be communicated via PEC with at least 7 days’ notice. This notice and the outcome of the selection will be published on the Venetian Cluster website and shall constitute official notification. Venetian Cluster reserves the right to award the assignment even in the presence of a single suitable application or to acquire additional applications should those received prove inadequate.
