FRIEND CCI TRAINING – improving Cluster management and communication.

We are pleased to share the results of the first training activities organized within the Eurocluster FRIEND CCI project .
These training sessions are an important step to strengthen cooperation among partners, improve the management of national clusters and the European CCI META-CLUSTER, and promote SME resilience within the European CCI Industrial Ecosystem.
The topics addressed were: management and communication but specific to clusters.

Cluster Management Excellence Training

The first session, led by Lisa Besnard of France Clusters, took place in two parts: an in-person meeting in Zaragoza, Spain, at Espacio Joven Ibercaja, and a follow-up online session.
This training involved a total of 17 participants from 5 countries (France, Germany, Italy, Romania, and Spain).
The main objective was to foster mutual understanding among partners to improve collaboration and develop cluster management practices that can support the resilience of SMEs in our ecosystems.

Communication Training for CCI Cluster

The second training, dedicated to communication for KIC clusters, was led by Lucia Seel and attended by 21 people from 10 different countries.
This session, also open to other clusters in the Eurocluster Creathriv-EU project, explored collaborative strategies to improve communication within the European Industrial Ecosystem.
Feedback gathered showed a high level of satisfaction, with 76 percent of participants saying they could share the knowledge they gained with their colleagues.   These training activities were a first concrete step toward closer cooperation among the project partners and laid the foundation for effective joint work in the future.
