The culmination of our Manifesto is an ambitious goal: to establish a global network of artisan gelato makers who share our values. How? Through a synergistic collaboration of all participants and members of our project. Although the original content is in English, any partner can request a translated copy in one of the partner languages(Italian, German, Greek, French, Spanish, Serbian, Croatian, Bulgarian, Polish and Slovenian) from info@gelatontheroad.eu.

We create a network of artisan gelato makers, promoting collaboration and knowledge exchange. We support local, innovative and creative gelato flavors, thus helping to boost the gelato economy. Through these activities, GELATOn the ROAD becomes a channel for sharing the rich history and cultural significance of gelato throughout Europe.
