Notice of Award – Selection Procedure for the Provision of 3D Digital Modelling Services – KAŠTellieri Project

This is to inform that, following the comparative selection procedure for the award of the service for the production of Deliverable D.2.3.2 – 3D digital models of no. 5 new hillforts within the framework of the KAŠTellieri project, the contract has been awarded to the economic operator Tre.digital S.r.l./Lium as the best tenderer, on the basis of the most economically advantageous offer in terms of the best quality/price ratio, as recorded in the minutes of the Evaluation Committee dated 21 January 2026.

The awarded service includes very high-resolution (high-poly) 3D modelling of the hillforts of Elleri–Kaštelir, Monte Carso–Mali Kras, Monte San Michele–Sv. Mihael, San Quirico–Sočerga, as well as the area comprising the hillforts of Sant’Ambrogio–Sv. Ambrož, Grmača and Tabor in Vojščica. The contract also includes the development of a complete immersive experience for one of the selected hillforts.

Contract value: €53,000.00 (fifty-three thousand/00), excluding VAT.

Duration of the contract: until 15 September 2026, subject to any authorised extensions.
